Our Print Solutions Group collaborated with The Johnson Group to produce bold POP, re-launching the Krystal "Freeze," just in time for the summer. To showcase Freeze's eight fun flavors, we created a campaign that went beyond window clings and pre-sell menu boards.
Two prototypes were produced and tested. The first: A colorful Krystal Freeze-shaped shroud which covered drive-thru pre-sell boards. The second: The brightly-colored Freeze Flavor Finder. The Flavor Finder stands four feet tall and prompts in-store customers to spin a Wheel of Fortune-inspired wheel to determine their Freeze flavor. Both prototypes proved to be a great success in trial runs inside select stores across Atlanta and Chattanooga. These locations experienced a notable boost in sales and, as a result, the POPs were implemented in other locations.
